Dale Wells

Dale has been very fortunate to have obtained a strong background in business management through employment at Martin-Marietta (now Lockheed Martin), Rocky Flats, and Stone & Webster (Shaw Group). His background includes Business Manager, Chief Contracts Manager, Cost Proposal Manager, Project Cost Manager, and Principal Cost Engineer for major Federal Government and Commercial Prime Contractors. He has developed a knack for assessing a company's current practices and inserting the steps necessary to become more effective and efficient in all areas of business. Dale takes pride in doing what is necessary to exceed the client's expectations and to establish a friendly long-term relationship with all of Sterling's clientele.
Dale's role with Sterling is to lead many of the assignments in all areas of business, both
Government and commercial. He also takes on a large role in setting up the training programs
and providing overall training to clientele and the general public.

Gabriel Rodriguez

Gabe combines experience from the Government (DoD) and a very large Government contractor, with a master's degree,
an SSBI clearance, and a highly respected professional personality to perform senior level consulting across
all business functions. He is considered an expert in Government contracts, proposal development, Government
regulations, Six Sigma, business development, strategic planning, and Earned Value Management. Gabe excels
at creating improved business practices for businesses of all sizes using his experience from both the
Government and contractor side along with his Six Sigma certification.

Maegan Cloutier

Maegan has combined her double degree in accounting and finance to become a highly respected Government
cost consultant. She has excelled at performing Government compliant accounting and financial management
on a daily basis. Her work ethics, attention to detail, and desire to excel with every task is an asset
that has allowed clients to involve her in assignments normally reserved for senior level consultants.
She also provides valuable assistance to the development of complex cost proposals for a variety of clients.

Drew Wells

Drew is finishing a heavy training program in estimating and scheduling for Government contracts.
He is being trained by the highly skilled staff throughout Sterling, taking courses at the various
colleges in the Denver area, and working closely with our proposal and training coordinator to expand
his knowledge of Government business practices. Drew also is supporting the daily accounting functions
within the company to help expand his area of expertise. Drew provides support to clients at a junior
level with oversight from the appropriate higher level expert consultant.

Gretchen Herin

Gretchen's background includes managing a woman owned 8(a) firms business practices, including conducting the
daily accounting, procurement, and budgeting functions. She has very strong organizational skills and is well
versed in the tie between all business functions. Gretchen is Sterling’s training coordinator and responsible
for promoting the courses, tracking the registrants, and managing the overall administration of the training
program. Gretchen's vast background also has her performing the daily accounting for the corporation and
training the lower level staff in all business functions.

Sandy Wells

Sandy has assembled a team of very strong Business Management level personnel to support Sterling's clients in all areas of desired business support. The consultants being offered all have impressive backgrounds in Business Management, with an emphasis in the Government industry. Sandy's personnel management skills keep the employees encouraged to perform at their highest level at all times. She has put together a company that greatly rewards staff for outstanding performance with positive client feedback, provides valuable time off to spend with the family, and allows flexibility in the work schedule.
Sandy started the company when she realized there was a real need for experienced business
management consultants throughout the US, offered at reasonable rates. Her goal is to remain

Sterling Innovations. Mr. Meckley has managed the most complex contracts and subcontracts of all contract types, including the most complex cost
reimbursable multi-level incentive programs exceeding the billion dollar level. His expertise ensures contracts and subcontracts of all types,
and for all business sizes, are developed compliant with Government regulations and managed properly from the on-set of a project to contract close-out.
